Ever since I moved to my new house, I literally have to do everthing.
Everytime I'm always thinking how to be more productive so that I can have more time to study, relax and spend more time with the family .
I always go to Ntuc after work. First of all it's tiring, I can't buy many items especially heavy items , queue to make payment and have to push my way into the crowds
One day I came across honest Bee and was so happy and excited to know that one of their partner store is Ntuc.
For first timer will receive a 15 dollars discount for sgd 50 purchase. I selected items that are heavy example detergent, rice etc and of course some vegetables.
After placing the order I selected my prefered delivery time. The timing starts from 11am to 10 pm. As I'm not at home during the day, I selected 9pm delivery.
Upon check out I was quite puzzled why it says I need to purchase at least 75 dollars to enjoy 15 dollars discount. But anyway I still proceed to order as I need the items .
Around 8 pm I received a call from
The concierge , he said that there are some vegetables out of stock . I was of course upset 😔
I contacted the customer service to reconfirm the total amount the next day .also I asked why initially its says 50 dollars to enjoy discount but it became minimum75 dollars purchase upon check out. She said she will check and revert. She called and said there was a technical issue and actually the promotion was already over. However she said they will Honour the minimum50dollars purchase. I was happy with their reply.
I made a second order last Sunday. I realised I can select substitute if the items Are not available.. To prevent same thing for happening , I selected the substitute items I submitted my order on Saturday night and selected delivery time between 1-2 pm . On Sunday morning I realised I had forgotten to add milk , eggs and flour. I wrote to customer service how can I add the additional items. They said I can make a new order and will waive off the delivery charge . By the way it's free delivery for minimum 30 dollars purchase.
Two people came to my house to deliver the items. One for the actual order and the other one additional order.
The concierge will text you to inform what time they will arrive.
So far they are very prompt in their delivery and the delivery people are very friendly.
I'm so happy to have found honest bee
Now I can relax at home and wait for the grocery delivery.
