Benefit of Green Bean Soup






The weather has been very hot and warm lately.
I was down with fever and cough for almost a week. Though the fever had subsided. The phlegm in my throat had been stuck in my throat for more than a week. No matter how I cough, it just wont come out.

My intuition tells me to cook green bean soup.
I put the green bean in the cooking pot and it's ready to drink the next day.
I put brown sugar instead of rock sugar.
I drank it in the morning and bring some to work.
I felt refreshing and it hydrates my throat.

After that, the phlegm came out after a few coughing... I could talk better now and I felt so good.

Thank you for the green beans.
I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to get rid of toxins in their body.
 It is simple to prepare and beneficial to the body.
