Strategy for reading textbook

Im a working woman, has a family to mange at the same time a part time student at a University in Singapore.

I always want to learn how to have an efficient way of studying and pass exams with flying colours.

I came across http://www.studyright.net on how to read a textbook.

Here's the strategy

1. Go to the questions at the end first.
2. Next, read the final summary of the chapter.
3. Third. look at the headings and subdivision of the chapter
4. Forth, read the chapter introduction.
