Spoon bending -I did it! Awesome!

Articles about spoon bending had been coming to me for the past weeks. I was really curious how they did it.
My desire to do it myself prompt me to take a spoon from my kitchen and wanted to experience it.

Being a quantum touch practitioner, I raise my energy level and within 2 min I could feel the spoon got very warm. And I started to bend the spoon.

Viola, the stainless steel spoon was as soft as a rubber.
I could bent the spoon EFFORTLESSLY!

My new discovery had convinced me even further what I have always been believing.
OUR ENERGY IS WHERE OUR THOUGHT IS!
All matters looked solid but actually all things including us is made up of atoms and molecules.

With grace and gratitude,

Ratatouille

Having heard alot about the good reviews about this movie, I decided to
to watch 'Ratatouille' over the weekend. Indeed it had a very deep storyline and some audience even clapped their hands when the show was over.
I felt I was like this rat. This rat has a dream. The dream is to be a cook working in kitchen operate by HUMANS.
The father keeps reminding him that he is just a rat. A rat that is often hated by the humans. He wanted him to give up his impossibe mission and face the fact that he is just a RAT.
However, this rat never gives in to what others tell him. He listen to his own desire. He says I just want to cook, refuse to be like a theif stealing food from humans.
Some cooks in the kitchen was shocked to see the rat working in the kitchen but in the end they came out fantastic menu and the guests Love their food!.
The rat never gives up and in the end he owns his own restaurant and he could provide more food for his rat family. The rat family doesnt have to eat food from the garbage!
I like the rat's character. He dares to be different . He tries to walk upright instead of using his forelegs to walk.
The storyline inspires me alot. It reminds me not to give up. Hold on to my vision and dream and persevere.
With grace and gratitute

He who gains a victory over other men is strong; but he who gains a victory over himself is all powerful.
Lao Tzu

To live life to the fullness, we need to have a consious awareness of our strength and weakness.

It is more meaningful to reflect upon what we have gained or overcome today .

Never regret !

Make it a rule of life never to regret and never to look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can't build on it, it's only good for wallowing in.
Katherine Mansfield

I came across this message and it speakes into my heart.
I recalled the times when I had made mistakes and also times when I decided on something which no one would do it like I've decided.

Sometimes I reflected upon them and ask myself if I had made the right choice.
This message comes at the right time. Reminding me not to look back.

I think its true. As a saying goes: " What's the point of crying over a split milk!"

Look forward to the future!

A day at Orchard Road

It was a sunny Sunday and was glad to have met my friend for lunch. We had Korean food at one of the restuarants in takashimaya.

Orchard Road is one of the tourist spot in singapore. Or well known as a shopping paradise.

Sunday in Orchard Road as usual is always crowded with people.

It was our first time having the Korean food at Takashimaya. It was nice! Especially their ginseng chicken soup.

We really shared alot and we decided to have coffee at starbucks after doing some window shopping.

It was a relaxing Sunday.
