Miso Ramen
It's a wonderful Sunday. Not too warm though humid. It was a cloudy day today.
I decided to cook Miso Ramen for dinner. I love to take Ramen especially during winter in Tokyo.
It tastes especially nice ! Its Japanese culture to eat with loud sound to show that it is delicious.
But Im still not used to eating loudly.
Having brought up in Singapore taken local Chinese food, stayed in tokyo and then been to America and tasted their western food. I should say I would still think Japanese food is still the best! Their menu is always very balanced.
When I was staying in Tokyo, I would often cook miso soup, grill fish, steam vegetable, some pickles for dinner. Very well balanced, isnt it?
I learnt alot from the Japanese how to cook a balanced meal. I really want to thank this lady whom I always take her as my mum when I was staying in Tokyo. She is very patient to teach me. I really miss her. Hope to visit her one day soon. Always praying for her health.
My cooking style when I was in Tokyo. is 60% Japanese, 20% chinese and 20% western food
I love cooking. Unfortunately when Im back to Singapore, the cooking time had lessen due to work.
I cooked only on the weekends. But my passion for cooking is still there. :-)
I love cooking !

Our real enemy.
Jerry Hicks.
I liked this excerpts from Jerry Hicks . Isnt it so true?
We just have to follow our hearts to do what we love to do.
We do not have to worry what others are doing. All of us are unique .
Wiseman just learn to do better than others. The real competitor and worst enemy is ourself. We should learn how to overcome our weakness rather than worrying about what others are doing.

Happiness/Self-fullfillment - Brain Tracy
I was reading my favorite philosoper Brain Tracey and I came across this excerpts that touches my heart.Happiness comes when you believe in what you are doing, know what you are doing, and love what you are doing Brain Tracy
Most of us are brought up to use our left brain. In school we learnt how to write , calculate the answers for maths using formulas, etc.
Many people neglected our right brain as we grow older each year.
Have you forgotten or didnt you remember people how people recall that their most happiest moment in their life is in their childhood?
Hence why majority of the people would go into depression or stress as they grow older.
Consider your life again? If you not happy with you life, recheck and ask yourself what you have not done which you could have done to your life?
Happiness is in your hand no matter what situation you are in.
I'm happy with my current life. Pusuing my profession allows me to find out more about myself day by day.
We use alot of our mind in the modern days, isnt it 'logical' to protect and train our mind to.
Sharpen our saw like what Stephen Convey likes to mention in his book First things First.
Believe in what you are doing despite we receive different opinions from other people.
Im back to my office
Fortunately when Im not around, Japan HQ is having their summer holidays so there wasnt any much issue or happenings in the office. Whew....... :-)
I had my hair permed in America. The curls are so much different from what I have done before. However I receive positive feedback from my co-workers. Some commented I looked more feminine and sensual than before. :-)
They were glad to see me back and though I was away for just two weeks it seems that I have not seen them for a long time.
United Airline-Economy Plus
Thank God for everything.
Blessed with a wonderful journey back home.
Not sure when I'll be back to America.
But if there is a real good purpose to do so, I believe I will be here again.
Thank you my friends in America for your warm heart, and care.
I believe this temporary separation is just a beginning of a great work.
Meanwhile, take care my friends in America. So long.....
May your angels always protect you with love and peace.
With grace and gratitude.
Angeline from Singapore.

Last day in Boston

Last day in the convention - A good deed
We felt though we are parted physically, spiritually we are still connected.
Its just a beginning of a GREAT work we are going to do on this earth!
Its like we are a group of warriors who had an intensive training in a camp and now we are going out to do HEALING work!. Its ACTION time now.
I received a note from a classmate and I was really touched by what she wrote.
Her eyes were in pain and I happen to meet her in the lobby so I offered to help her by doing the quantum touch. Her eyes got better in just a few minutes.
Im really happy for her!
In September, Im going to do volunteer work in the home for the aged. Looking forward to a great work there.

I choose to be happy

We are really advocates of just getting as happy as you can be—which takes care of everything. Even if you don't have reason to be happy—make it up. Fantasize it. Make a decision that you're going to be happy one way or another—no matter what. "No matter what, I'm going to be happy! If I have to ignore everybody; if I have to never watch television again; if I have to never pick up a newspaper again, I'm going to be happy. If I never have to see that person's face again, I'm going to be happy. If I have to see that person's face, I'm going to find something to see in that person's face that makes me happy. I'm going to be happy. I'm going to be happy. I'm going to be happy."
My life in Boston

For some reason I was upgraded to a suite room. It was a big room with mirowave where I could do simple cooking. A living room and a queen size bed..... :-) .My feeling is GREAT! I felt so blessed.
I felt so directed to come for this convention. When I step on board the plane, they were playing my favorite harp music. Its like the world is saying WELCOME ABOARD AND THE JOURNEY.
I did my past life regression workshop for the last two days. It was a REVELATION!
I could see a connection from the things that happen in my present life was actually a reason from my past life.
I sense a clearer vision and purpose in my present life after going through the workshop.
Moreover I met so many like minded people. Their philophy in life is no much difference with mine. Back in SINGAPORE I could hardly find someone who are open to metaphysical things.
But I learnt so much from the people in this convention. We shared so many things about metaphyical things.
Its just the second day of my workshop Im excited for the rest of the days .
I felt if I could stay in America I hope I could stay longr.....:-)

Countdown to BOSTON
Another one more day, i'll be going for my trip.I need to finish a project before I go so that I could submit my work to my lecturer.
Time is running out!
It's really not easy to have a full time job, a business to build, a family relationship to maintain and pursuing the passion in my life.
But finding balance in life is what I always remind myself. Im enjoying this kind of lifestyle.
Busy with a purpose!
My colleagues are so sweet. They are also counting down for me and wish me have a nice trip.
I received many blessings and well wishes from friends. the positive energy I received from them gonna make my trip even more enjoyable.:-)
Though my parents and siblings are worried cos Im travelling alone.
But Im very confident to go there alone as I know in my heart my guardian angels will guide and protect me. :-)
